Bowen Island is a 15 minute ferry ride across beautiful Howe Sound from the Horseshoe
Bay terminal into our Snug Cove. The ferry is loaded on a first-come, first-served basis. It is a good idea to get there about
30 minutes before sailing time or earlier on busy days such as Fridays. You can always park up and go for a (quick) walk into
Horseshoe bay if you get there early enough. If you are planning a longer stay with us and would like to go off the island
a few times, you can buy books of tickets at Horseshoe Bay or the Bowen General Store which would halve your ferry costs or
talk to us for cheaper single trips. You may want to make a quick call to B.C. Ferries to check scheduling: B.C.
